ULTRA Products warrants ULTRA Anchors for life against material, workmanship, bending, cracking, breaking, and rust issues, provided that an anchor is used in accordance with the current ULTRA Anchor Selection Table and User Manual.
This warranty belongs only to the first registered owner of the anchor and is non-transferable.

Anchors used without complying with the current Anchor Selection Table are excluded from warranty.
Damage that may occur if the anchor is used outside the intended purposes and procedures described in the ULTRA Anchor User Manual is excluded from warranty.
This warranty covers only issues inherent to the anchor itself. Any other issues or losses related to the use of the anchor are not covered under any circumstances.
Any shipping costs arising from the replacement or return of the anchor belong to the customer and are not covered by the warranty.

To start a warranty claim, please contact the seller you purchased the anchor from and send an e-mail to the manufacturer at info@ultraproducts.tr.
If possible, please include the following information in your message.
- - The serial number of the anchor
- - Its weight
- - A copy of the invoice
- - At least one or more photos of the problematic part
- - Details on how the issue occurred and what action you took in response
- - The type, length, and weight of your boat
- - The area and seabed where you anchored
- - The weather conditions
- - The date when it happened
